Although some homes will resemble a traditional man-cave this for Super Bowl weekend, I continue to see significant signs that gender-defined behavior has changed for dads.
When giving recent presentations, I’ve referenced “Next Gen Dads,” but these guys are already here, getting kids out to school in the morning and negotiating through the stressful hour before supper. The skill set of today’s parent is no longer defined merely by gender, and that’s an exciting shift.
