A spoonful of sugar

Do you serve your kids a bowl of sugar for breakfast?

That’s the harsh reality, according to data released a couple of weeks ago by the Cereal FACTS report from the Yale Rudd Center for Food Policy & Obesity.  Even after all the talk about obesity, children “still get one spoonful of sugar in every three spoonfuls of cereal,” said the lead researcher.
